Description

Brass Bulkhead Coupling for routing air brake and pneumatic lines through a chassis panel, frame or bulkhead on commercial vehicles. The coupling is sized 12mm × M22, so a 12 mm tube passes through the panel on an M22 brass thread, and the straight body keeps the tube run in line and free of side load without an extra union, bracket or clamp. Both ends are push-in, so PA11, PA12 and PU air brake tube seats by hand.

The brass body holds a burst pressure of 4 times working pressure or more and is produced under ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality control, with dimension, thread and sealing face inspection before packing, so each batch assembles the same way on the line and in the workshop. Supplied as part number 931 50 016, the coupling can be released and refitted during maintenance, so repairs and panel rework do not need new hardware.

The brass body resists condensation, road salt and oil mist and keeps its strength and thread accuracy from cold start to hot engine bay conditions.
