Description

Brass DOT Push-In Connector with a straight male end for air brake and pneumatic lines on commercial vehicles. The male thread screws into a port, valve or manifold and the push-in end takes the tube, so one straight brass fitting makes the connection without an extra adapter. The release ring is marked ABC A / 12mm / DOT, which states the brand, the 12 mm tube size and the DOT approval at a glance, and the body takes 1.6 MPa (16 bar) maximum pressure for air brake, ABS / EBS and air suspension circuits.

Supplied as part number 931 60 022 in the 931 series and produced to ISO 4039 / DIN 74324, the connector is inspected for dimensions, thread and ring marking before packing, so each batch assembles the same way on the line and in the workshop. The push-in end seats PA11, PA12 and PU tube by hand, and the fitting can be released and refitted during maintenance without new hardware.
