Description

Brass Bulkhead Coupling for routing air brake and pneumatic lines through a chassis panel, frame or bulkhead on commercial vehicles. The brass body clamps through the panel from both sides and the tube passes straight through, so the line crosses the bulkhead without an extra union, bracket or clamp, while the straight shape keeps the run in line and free of side load. It is intended for air brake, ABS and EBS circuits on bus, truck and trailer air systems.

Supplied as part number 901 15 022 in the 901 series, the coupling is produced under ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality control, with dimension, thread and sealing face inspection before packing, so each batch assembles the same way on the line and in the workshop. It is built to SAE J1131 / J844, which lets it be quoted directly into brake system BOMs for export vehicle programs. Push-in ends seat PA11, PA12 and PU air brake tube by hand, and the fitting can be released and refitted during maintenance.

The brass body resists condensation, road salt and oil mist and keeps its strength and thread accuracy from cold start to hot engine bay conditions.
