Description

Brass Bulkhead Coupling for routing air brake and pneumatic lines through a chassis panel, frame or bulkhead on commercial vehicles. Supplied as part number 623 7900, the coupling passes the tube straight through the panel with the brass thread clamping from both sides, so the line crosses the bulkhead without an extra union, bracket or clamp. It is intended for air brake, ABS and EBS circuits on bus, truck and trailer air systems.

The coupling is produced under ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality control, with dimension and thread inspection before packing, so each batch assembles the same way on the line and in the workshop. It meets FMVSS 571.106 and SAE J1131 / J844, which lets it be quoted directly into brake system BOMs for North American and export vehicle programs. Push-in ends seat PA11, PA12 and PU air brake tube by hand, and the fitting can be released and refitted during maintenance.
