The coupling is machined from H59 / H62 brass at a hardness of HB 90-120, a range that machines and threads cleanly while keeping the body stiff enough that the hex and thread do not deform under repeated tightening. It is produced under ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality control, with dimension, thread and sealing face inspection before packing, so each batch assembles the same way on the line and in the workshop.

Push-in ends seat PA11, PA12 and PU air brake tube by hand and the fitting can be released and refitted during maintenance.
