· IP54 Sealed, Engine Bay Ready: The IP54 housing keeps dust out and shrugs off water spray, so the converter can be mounted in the cab, under the seat or in the battery box where condensation and road splash are part of daily duty.
· EN 55011 Class B, 100-200 kHz: Switching runs at 100-200 kHz with insulation resistance of 100 MΩ or more, and the module is built to EN 55011 Class B, so it does not disturb radios and telematics sharing the same vehicle harness.
180W DC-DC Converter for vehicle electrical systems, built into an IP54 sealed housing that keeps dust out and shrugs off water spray, so the module can be mounted in the cab, under the seat or in the battery box where condensation and road splash are part of daily duty. The converter runs a switching frequency of 100-200 kHz and holds an insulation resistance of 100 MΩ or more between input and output.
The module meets EN 55011 Class B for electromagnetic emissions, so the switching stage does not disturb radios, cameras and telematics that share the same vehicle harness. A finned aluminium case spreads heat from the switching devices into the housing, and input and output leads are fitted with terminals for a clean screw connection.
Produced under ISO14001 and TS16949 quality control, the converter is engineered for high frequency fleet duty where the module powers accessories every day. It suits bus, truck, trailer and semi-trailer electrical systems, fleet retrofits and OEM programs, and is packed neutral or with custom marking for distributor and OEM supply.

Open the packaging carefully, inspect the coupling body, sealing ring and tube ends for scratches or damage, and handle gently to avoid surface scratch or seal damage. Do not pull forcibly or bend sharply during installation to avoid safety risks of connection loosening and seal cracking. Installation should be performed by qualified personnel to ensure correct assembly, stable sealing performance, and service safety.
